Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Tiket elektronik ini bersifat pribadi dan rahasia, termasuk didalamnya adalah data yang Anda isi pada formulir pendaftaran. Kode QR yang tertera dalam tiket elektronik in adalah rahasia. Pemilik elektronik tiket in bertanggungjawab atas kerahasiaan kode ini.

2. Tiket ini hanya berlaku untuk Floriculture Indonesia International Expo 2023.

3. Tiket ini berlaku sebagai tiket masuk Floriculture Indonesia International Expo 2023 sesuai dengan kategori tiket yang dipilih. Jika membeli Tiket Harian, maka hanya berlaku untuk sekali pakai (bebas dalam penentuan hari). Namun jika membeli Tiket Terusan, maka tiket berlaku untuk masuk selama 4 hari.

4. Penyelenggara berhak melarang pengunjung memasuki venue, jika penyelenggara mendapat tanda tiket elektronik sudah digunakan.

5. Pengunjung tidak berhak mengambil tindakan umum hukum dan menuntut penyelenggara dalam hal pembuatan pameran karena alasan apapun yang mungkin terjadi.

6. Bagi pihak yang terbukti telah melakukan penjualan kembali dan/atau penggandaan tiket elektronik ini, maka akan ditindak secara hukum oleh penyelenggara.

7. Pengunjung diwajibkan selalu mematuhi protokol kesehatan dan tetap memakai masker jika kondisi kesehatan dirasa kurang baik selama di dalam area pameran.

8. Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar, hewan, senjata tajam, materi luar ruang yang bersifat provokasi/berunsur SARA, dan obat-obatan terlarang ke dalam area pameran.

9. Dilarang merokok maupun menggunakan rokok elektrik di dalam area pameran.

10. Tiket tidak dapat ditukar/dikembalikan.

Terms and Conditions

1. This e-ticket is personal and confidential, including the data you provide in the registration form. The QR code on this e-ticket is confidential. The owner of this electronic ticket is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this code.

2. This ticket is only valid for Floriculture Indonesia International Expo 2023.

3. This ticket is valid as an entry ticket to the Floriculture Indonesia International Expo 2023 based on the selected ticket category. If you purchase a Daily Ticket, it will be valid for one-time use on any day. However, if you purchase a 4-Day Special Ticket, the ticket will be valid for a 4-day entry period.

4. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the venue if the organizer notices that the e-ticket has been used.

5. The ticket holder has no right to take legal action or demand anything from the organizer regarding the exhibition for any reason that may arise.

6. Individuals proven to duplicate and/or resell this e-ticket will be subject to legal action by the organizer.

7. Visitors are required to follow health protocols and wear masks if their health condition is not optimal while within the exhibition area.

8. Bringing outside food and drinks, animals, sharp objects, outdoor materials of a provocative or offensive nature, and prohibited substances into the exhibition area is strictly prohibited.

9. Smoking or using e-cigarettes is prohibited within the exhibition area.

10. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
